What You’ll Do

As a Utility Production Laborer, you will be responsible for

• Operating a forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently around the facility.

• Using a front-end loader to fill fertilizer bins and assist with loading and unloading tasks. • Supporting warehouse and production duties, including general labor and organizational tasks. • Providing maintenance support around the plant and equipment to ensure smooth operations. • Assisting in maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency throughout the facility.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Experience operating a forklift (required).

• Ability to operate a front-end loader or similar equipment (preferred, but not required). • Physical strength and stamina to perform labor and maintenance tasks. • Reliable work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, including occasional Saturday work. • Attention to safety and operational procedures.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Shedd, OR, operating during standard daytime hours. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required during peak seasons.
