Job Title: Temporary Manufacturing Laborer
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (potential OT)
Swing Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (potential OT)
Start Date: ASAP
Project Duration: Approximately 6 Weeks

As a Manufacturing Laborer, you will play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly by assisting with product rework, material handling, and general facility maintenance.
What You'll Do
Product Rework & Production Support: Assist with temporary rework tasks and daily production needs to keep the project on schedule.
Forklift Operation & Material Handling: Safely move materials, packaging, and supplies throughout the warehouse and production floor.
Facility Maintenance: Perform routine clean-up, including shoveling sawdust, sweeping, and wiping down machinery and equipment.
Site Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace environment.
Physical Tasks: Perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and manual labor as required.
What You'll Bring
Experience: Previous forklift operation experience required.
Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs consistently and maneuver materials throughout the shift.
Work Ethic: Strong attendance, punctuality, and a strict commitment to safety guidelines.
Environment Comfort: Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment (all necessary safety gear/PPE provided).
