What You’ll Do

As a Roofing Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Removing existing shingles and roofing materials from residential homes through roof tear-offs.

• Carrying and positioning roofing materials such as bundles of shingles across scaffolding and work zones, ensuring proper handling and disposal into trucks, trailers, or dumpsters. • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools, sweeping debris, and removing discarded materials to prevent hazards. • Assisting roofing crews with material preparations and general site cleanup to ensure smooth project progress. • Supporting safety protocols by working at heights and using fall-protection gear as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Willingness to work safely at heights on roofs and scaffolding, using fall-protection gear when necessary.
