Job Title: Parts Laborer

Pay: $17.00 per hour Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) Start Date: 06/29/2024

As a Parts Laborer, you'll play a crucial role in preparing, inspecting, and packaging parts to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work alongside the production team to maintain a safe, organized work environment, helping ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing parts for coating by masking components and plugging threaded holes to prevent overspray.
• Conducting visual and physical inspections of powder-coated parts to detect quality issues and ensure standards are met.
• Performing touch-up work or minor rework to maintain product quality.
• Wrapping, boxing, and palletizing finished products for shipment.
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized while following all safety protocols at all times.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in production, packaging, or assembly is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand comfortably for 8-10 hours.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Tangent, OR, operating on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
