As a Mill Laborer, you'll support daily operations by ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to the quality of our products. You will work closely with the production team to keep things running efficiently and safely, making a tangible impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and resolving overlaps in boards to prevent jams and delays, maintaining continuous production.
• Efficiently uncrossing boards to keep the workflow smooth and safe throughout the mill.
• Transferring wood materials accurately from baskets to designated areas, keeping your workspace clean and hazard-free.
• Performing edger picking by identifying and removing broken or damaged wood, ensuring only high-quality materials proceed.
• Assisting with various mill operations as needed, adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment to uphold safety and productivity.
