Job Title: Industrial Painter

Pay: $22.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (initial training) transitioning to 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (swing shift) Start Date: ASAP

As an Industrial Painter, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our production facility. You’ll work closely with the facility management team to ensure all painting projects meet our quality standards and are completed on time.

What You’ll Do:

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for:

• Performing painting projects across various areas of the production facility.
• Painting equipment and other structural components both indoors and outdoors.
• Utilizing both brush/roll and spray techniques to achieve professional results.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience in auto, commercial, or industrial painting.
  • Willing to train but needs to come to the table with some experience
• Proficiency with power tools and painting equipment.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and a respirator.
• Physical stamina for bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and turning during work hours.
• A strong commitment to punctuality and completing full shifts.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently once trained.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Salem, OR, and offers a training schedule of Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (transitioning to swing shift after training).
