As a Parts Finisher, you’ll ensure products meet quality standards by inspecting, finishing, and cleaning parts. Your keen eye for detail and steady manual skills will help deliver polished, high-quality components. Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect, clean, and deburr manufactured parts according to detailed specifications to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Use various hand tools and equipment to remove machining marks, burrs, and rough edges, ensuring smooth and safe-to-use parts.
• Handle materials safely, following all safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace to promote safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines effectively.
• Follow detailed instructions with precision and demonstrate mechanical aptitude throughout your tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior experience or background in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to stand and perform manual tasks consistently during an 8-hour shift.
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
