As a Cabinet Shop Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in producing quality cabinetry, supporting the team in assembly and logistics, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You’ll work closely with experienced team members who will guide you through each step of the process.

What You’ll Do:

As a Cabinet Shop Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the building and assembly of cabinets according to specifications
• Reading and accurately measuring using a tape measure to ensure precision
• Delivering finished cabinets to job sites safely and efficiently
• Supporting general shop duties, including cleaning, organizing tools, and maintaining safety standards
• Helping with various tasks around the shop as needed to support team productivity

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to occasionally drive a box truck for deliveries
• Physical strength to lift up to 75 lbs consistently and comfortably
• Basic proficiency with hand tools and a tape measure
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality—being on time every day is essential
• Willingness to learn, take guidance, and grow within the company

Location & Schedule:
