Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Pay: $20 - $30 per hour (DOE) Hours: Wednesday – Saturday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM (four 10-hour shifts) Start Date: ASAP

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows.

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance, repairs, replacements, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and machinery issues using logic controllers and diagnostic tools.
• Fabricating and installing new equipment or components as needed.
• Welding and fabricating metal parts and assemblies.
• Conducting regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records, including schedules, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborating with team members to complete maintenance work safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance (residential experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including experience using an Ohmmeter.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment using logic controllers.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Residential painting experience (preferred).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide or supervise other maintenance technicians.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
