Job Title: Machine and Warehouse Operator

Pay: $18.00/hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Schedule may vary; some days may start as late as 7 or 8 AM, with the workday ending between 3 and 5 PM. Fridays are often shorter, while Tuesday to Thursday are typically longer.) Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine and Warehouse Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring production flows smoothly by coordinating various tasks and working closely with your team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine and Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the production of cardboard boxes and packaging for outbound shipments.
• Operating an electric pallet jack or sit-down forklift (training provided) to load product pallets onto trucks for shipment.
• Performing general clean-up of the production line and workspace.
• Breaking down and cleaning machinery, including daily soap scrubbing and rinsing of equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors through daily washing and monthly deep cleaning using bleach sanitation.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team-player mindset with a willingness to learn and support team efforts.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
• Commitment to following GMPs and Food Safety Regulations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
• A desire to receive forklift training to assist with loading outbound trucks (previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required).
