Pay: $18.00/hour Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Summer hours: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Start Date: ASAP

As a Galvanizer, you'll play a key role in the production process, ensuring that metal parts are prepared, cleaned, and galvanized to meet quality standards. You’ll work closely with our manufacturing team to deliver results that contribute to our success.

What You’ll Do:

As a Galvanizer, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing metal parts for cleaning and galvanizing, ensuring they are thoroughly ready for processing.
• Loading and unloading steel and metal materials into baskets or on hooks, which may include large flanges and heavy metal objects.
• Lowering metal objects into a molten zinc acid tank using a chain and pulley system, maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency throughout the process.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Strong upper body strength and the ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in a warm environment typical of a manufacturing setting.
• A commitment to adhering to safety and quality standards in all tasks performed.
