Job Title: Industrial Facilities Cleaner – Manufacturing

As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and productive environment, ensuring equipment areas remain clear, clean, and operational. You'll work closely with the production and maintenance teams to support daily workflow and facility standards.

As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a skid steer and forklifts to move discarded shaving line materials and maintain clear work areas

• Performing industrial cleaning tasks in high-production environments

• Conducting routine facility audits to identify hazards, repair needs, and opportunities for improvement

• Assisting pellet mill and packaging operators as needed to support workflow

• Performing basic preventive maintenance tasks and reporting mechanical concerns

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility

• Supporting additional operational tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED

• 1–2 years of industrial or production line experience (preferred)

• Experience operating forklifts and skid steers

• Strong hand–eye–foot coordination and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong concentration, multitasking ability, and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Hands-on role in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment

This position is on-site in Brownsville, OR, working Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.
