Job Title: Fulfillment Associate Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $18.50/hour Hours:: Mon–Thurs 7:00am–4:00pm; Fri 7:00am–11:00am Start Date: ASAP Position Overview:

We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with our client, a reputable manufacturer specializing in dental care products. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for order fulfillment, product assembly, inventory management, and related production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

  • Restock finished goods shelves to maintain proper inventory levels.

  • Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.

  • Verify accurate quantities and lot numbers for manufacturing picklists, components, and finished products.

  • Work on the production line, including loading bottles, tightening caps, filling boxes, and other related tasks.

  • Cross-train with other departments as needed or directed by the Operations team.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing routine facility and equipment cleaning.

  • Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, including cGMP.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • General math and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of manual dexterity.

  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.

  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.

  • Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
