Bench Carpenter!
* This Bench Carpenter is responsible for the set-up and operation of woodworking machinery and tools to assemble a variety of products within specified timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities for Bench Carpenter:
- Perform rough assembly of product on a bench per production schedules and timelines.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and be able to work from cut list
- Work closely with the project lead to achieve production goals and develop strategies to remain within the materials and labor costs quoted for the job.
- Operates a safe work environment and keeps area neat and orderly, with materials and tools organized for efficient space utilization.
- Performs other related duties or special projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications for Bench Carpenter:
- Must be able to read & use a tape measure

Must have experience working with the following woodworking tools:
- Table Saw
- Overhead Sander
- Sliding table saw
- Chop saw
- Jig Saw
- Belt Sander
- Jointer
- Planer
- Trim routers, shaper, hand held routers, pneumatic tools, drills & drill drivers, layout tools, etc.
- One year minimum experience in woodworking or cabinet shop required.
- Effective communication skills are a must
- Ability to work independently, and follow directions, understand and interpret drawings, details, and written instructions.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- A High attention to Detail is a must!

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* Extended hours and Saturdays may be required during busiest times.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
