Duties and Responsibilities for Water Awareness Instructor:

•  Ensure that  students not only learn essential safety skills but also develop a keen awareness and respect for the water

Skills and Qualifications for Water Awareness Instructor:

• American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification Preferred
• Prior swimming instruction or a competitive swimming background is preferred, but willing to train on the job.

Job Details for Water Awareness Instructor:

• Typical Schedule: 
• This is a school-year position, from September to late May.
• Classes are usually Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with an occasional Wednesday. 9:45-11:45am. No work on school holidays, school closure days, or weekends
• $17.70
