Duties and Responsibilities for Residential Construction Laborer
- Will work on all aspects of residential remodel
- Will assist with excavation, digging and moving material as needed. Will need to operate a wheelbarrow, shovel and other equipment
- Must be willing to Clean, empty trash, picking up debris, sweep, etc
- Will move on to next phase of construction, concrete, rough carpentry, drywall, painting, finish work,etc..
- Residential Construction Laborer duties are not all-inclusive and will include other special projects assigned from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications for Residential Construction laborer
- Must be proficient in reading a tape measure!
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently.
- Must be professional in how you do your job and how you treat others
- Work as a team and independently
- Attendance and showing up on time is very important
- 3-5 years experience required

- Temp-Hire/Project based
- Shift: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
- $18/hr+ DOE
