An industry Leader in the Exterior Home Maintenance of mainly Residential properties throughout Lane County, who offers Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Window Washing, Vent Cleaning services and more, is seeking a
Field Service Technician, to join their growing team!
*Company Van Provided to either Drive or Ride Along with Site Lead, to various property locations.

Duties and Responsibilities for Field Service Technician:
- Assist Site Lead with Residential:
- Gutter Cleaning
- Window Washing (exterior)
- Pressure Washing
- Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Potentially cleaning of siding and roofing
- Other similar duties as assigned, based on the specific job.
- Manual Cleanup as needed before leaving jobsite
- Helping to unload and load back up equipment and/or materials used on Jobsite throughout the day
Skills and Qualifications for Field Service Technician:
- Must be able to read, write & use basic hand tools

Must be able to Pass a Background Check and MVR - As well as possess a Valid Driver's License for this position.
- Experience working outdoors in all weather elements is a HUGE plus! Must be comfortable with working in all weather conditions, dress for the weather, layers are encouraged, as well as rain gear during that season.
- Experience with using a pressure washer is a big plus!
- Looking for someone who possesses a high level of integrity and strong ethics / moral compass who is extremely reliable and who also takes pride in the work that they perform
- Someone eager to learn and advance and who takes instructions well will do very well here!

Possessing exceptional Customer Service Skills is a MUST, as you will be working on residential homes and with residential customers, where it is very important that they feel comfortable with whoever is on their property for the duration of the job.
- Must Have the physical capability to be on your feet for the duration of an 8 hour shift, outdoors, constantly moving, bending, stooping, twisting and carrying / operating equipment
- Having the manual dexterity in your hands, arms and shoulders for pressure washing and gutter cleaning etc. is important as well
- Looking for a Clear Communicator and someone who is not afraid to speak up, give feedback, as well as ask questions when they arise!

Monday - Friday
8:30AM - 5:00PM
Pay Rate:
$18.00/hour to start
- Pay Increases & a lot of room for Growth and Advancement, after your probationary period.
