Welder:

• Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core).
• Able to interpret and work from blueprints and welding specifications.
• Perform welding repairs and fabrication as needed.

Fabricator:

• Skilled in metal fabrication using various tools and machinery.
• Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
• Assemble and weld components to create finished products.

Shop Laborer:

• Assist in general shop activities, including material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support fabrication and welding teams as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in welding, fabrication, or shop labor.
• Recent graduates of the welding/fabricating program from Linn Benton or Chemeketa are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to the role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications and licenses (if applicable).

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day and swing shifts available.
• Hours: Most positions offer 40+ hours on a regular weekly basis.
• Wage: varies based on position, shift and experience
• Duration: Temp to hire.
