Selectemp is currently seeking dedicated Landscape Laborers to join our team in Albany. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in landscaping and a strong work ethic. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained.
Responsibilities of Landscape Laborer:
- Perform various landscaping tasks, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and mulching.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with landscape construction projects, such as installing irrigation systems, retaining walls, and outdoor structures.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects within specified deadlines.
- Communicate with supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements for Landscape Laborer:
- Minimum of six months of experience in landscaping or related field.
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
