Duties and Responsibilities for Certified Flagger

• The Certified Flagger establishes the location and sets up the area 
• Assist with setting up the flagger cones as needed and set signage
• Use radio and paddle to work as a team to direct traffic
• Follow all rules and laws

Skills and Qualifications for Certified Flagger

• Must have active/valid flagger certification
• Stay alert and ready at all times
• Must be able to work on feet 8-10 hrs at a time
• Must be able to work in all conditions
• Must have your own stop/slow paddle (ask the office for assistance with purchase if needed)
• Must have your own radios 
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have High Visibility clothing

Job Details for Certified Flagger

• Upcoming projects with varied schedules and locations in the Albany/Salem area
• Must be available for OT when mandated by client
• $18.00/hr
