Installer Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities for Installer Assistant:

• Loading trucks with wood stoves
• Go on deliveries installing stoves in residential properties
• Deliveries include: hauling the stoves, assembling them and connecting them to the venting system
• Basic carpentry skills required-basic hand tool operation knowledge
• Must be comfortable on ladders
• Cleanup in shop when needed
• Stoves can weigh up to 500 lbs. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, team lift anything over that.
• Must be open to working OT when necessary
• Prior HVAC or skilled construction experience is preferred

Skills and Qualifications for Installer Assistant:

• Must be able to read a tape measure (Very Important)
• Must have Valid Driver's License

Job Details for Installer Assistant:

Temp-Hire Work Schedule:  Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM First day start at 7:00AM for orientation (Must be available to work 7:30AM-5:00PM M-F AND Saturdays IF/WHEN mandated by client) Pay Rate Range: $26.00 + per hour, DOE
