I have been in Recruiting for a little over 3 years. I happily joined the Selectemp Team in March of 2023 and have continued to grow and learn with them. I just moved here from Reno, Nevada about 3 years ago, and could not be happier to be in Salem, Oregon. I am a bit of a community person and like to attend benefit concerts and events that help the community in different ways. Since being in Salem my favorite yearly event has been "Punks in the Park" - this helps local youth obtain clothing. I'm always on the hunt for more community events in Salem.

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because I love helping people. It is a wonderful feeling when you match the right candidate with the right job. Recruiting has also shown me that there are many different people from many different industries. This enables me to learn and grow as a person and a Recruiter.

When I'm not working I like to
I like to do many different arts and crafts activities. I crochet, cross stitch, paint and refurbish furniture. In addition to that, I play video games and like to go on walks.
