Duties and Responsibilities for Receptionist:

• Handle/transfer all incoming calls as needed
• Help walk-in traffic 
• Data entry 
• Route requests/questions/orders to correct staff
• Scheduling
• Processing payments
• Data entry
• Filing

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior clerical experience
• Basic Knowledge of Quickbooks

Required Skills:

• Receptionist duties
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized
• Able to work independently

Job Details for Receptionist:

• Temp-Hire
• Part Time - M-F 8am-1:30 or 2pm (Will move into full time by next Spring)
• $16.00/hr
