Duties and Responsibilities for Warehouse Front Counter Associate:
  • Occasionally pull orders and tag them for pickup
  • Assist in warehouse as needed - 10% of the time
  • Load and Unload trucks
  • Answers and directs incoming telephone communications.
  • Maintains the front desk reception
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Use Quickbooks to input orders - Will train
  • Utilize CAD - Will train
  • Forklift - Will train
Requirements for Warehouse Front Counter Associate:
  • Need to be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Previous clerical and customer service experience
  • Comfortable performing a mix of duties
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • ATTENDANCE IS CRITICAL as you are part of a small team and it's hard to make adjustments to get the orders out when people are missing
