• Operating pneumatic guns, various sized saws, and banders. • Grading and stacking wood on the outfeed of saws. • Packaging and labeling units of product for shipment. • Working outdoors in covered stations, adapting to weather conditions. • Performing general labor and heavy lifting as required, especially during our busy season from January to June.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to show up daily, ready to work across multiple stations, including the most physically demanding roles in the facility.

• A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workplace. • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in outdoor conditions as needed. • Prior experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment is a plus but not required.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Eugene, OR, and offers Monday to Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
