Only thing I would say that could use some growth and it’s not on Megan herself as communication between temp agency and company for times time changes hourly shift changes and be more up-to-date with contacting the worker that supposed to show up so they’re not getting ripped off for several hours out of a shift because they’re unknowing to any time change I do believe every other day or weekly at least contact between temp agency, and Employer of said time to keep things rolling more efficiently. I myself went to work yesterday annoying to their time change other than what was explained the white week prior and with no communication I am now short two hours for my first day back of work this week, so no big deal but it would be more efficient for all of us workers to have a communication that is direct between our employer of Selectemp and the employer that we’re working for even if that means we should call every day either other day on Selectemp to verify worked hours hours worked and potentially time changes overtime hours, etc.
Cary is very enthusiastic about her job and helping to connect people with the right job. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She is very responsive and made sure I understood the process.
Everything went perfect. She handled everything professionally and efficiently, during the onboard process, and has a great personality. Didn't have a single issue with anything.
Everything was done exactly as stated. No extra hoops to jump through. She understood exactly what I was looking for and didnt try to offer me anything else. Very professional and personable to work with.
Cary has amazing personality and she has been very helpful and very nice to me i don't know how she did it though but she was able to get me back on the same job that I was working with before and got fired from. I was shocked when she told me if I wanna work with the same company that I have been working with last year and fired.
