Job Title: Job Production Administrator

Pay: $20–$23 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Job Production Administrator, you'll help keep manufacturing operations organized, accurate, and on schedule. You'll work closely with production supervisors, inventory coordinators, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure production information is complete and reliable.

What You'll Do

As a Job Production Administrator, you will be responsible for

• Track production jobs, completions, materials, and labor entries using Epicor Kinetic ERP.

• Enter and maintain accurate production data in spreadsheets, databases, and management systems.• Support inventory management, cycle counts, and purchased and manufactured parts tracking.• Monitor production schedules, identify delays, and help prioritize urgent orders.• Prepare and review reports, investigate discrepancies, and support process improvements.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A high school diploma with technical or manufacturing experience, or an associate degree in a related field.

• Experience with Epicor Kinetic or another ERP or production management system.• Strong Microsoft Excel, database, Microsoft Teams, data entry, and analytical skills.• Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Harrisburg, Oregon, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will work in both office and manufacturing environments and should be comfortable sitting, standing, and walking throughout the facility. Steel-toed boots are required.
