Job Title: Mill Laborer

Pay: $18 per hour, rolling over to $19 per hour Hours: Monday–Thursday (every other Friday), 5:30 AM–4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Mill Laborer, you'll support daily production by handling materials, monitoring equipment, and following safety standards. You'll work closely with the production team to keep workflows moving efficiently and maintain quality throughout the sawmill.

What You'll Do

As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for

• Monitor conveyor lines to prevent boards from crossing and maintain smooth operation

• Uncross and reposition boards to keep production flowing safely • Move sticks from baskets to designated locations • Identify and separate broken or damaged wood during edger picking • Support mill operations while maintaining productivity and safety standards

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Roseburg, OR and offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with every other Friday, from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
