Job Title: Plant Superintendent

Pay: $34–$39/hr DOE Hours: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Start Date: ASAP

As a Plant Superintendent, you'll lead production operations, develop employees, and help maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. You'll work closely with plant leadership, maintenance, and operations teams to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do

As a Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate a production team of 10–15 employees.

• Coordinate staffing, work priorities, production schedules, and shift transitions. • Promote workplace safety, including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and company procedures. • Monitor equipment uptime, product quality, production efficiency, and operating costs. • Troubleshoot production equipment, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least five years of supervisory experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• At least five years of manufacturing experience with strong mechanical aptitude. • A high school diploma or GED; technical education, vocational training, or a degree is preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and employee development skills.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Corvallis, OR and offers 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift assignments in a 24-hour manufacturing facility. Shifts include 12:00 AM–8:30 AM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. Occasional weekends and extended hours may be required based on production needs.
