As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for

• Greeting visitors and providing a friendly, professional first impression

• Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members• Assisting with filing, data entry, and general computer-related tasks• Providing administrative support to the HR department• Helping maintain an organized and efficient front office

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience

• Strong typing, data entry, and basic computer skills• Experience organizing and maintaining files and records• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, dependable, professional attitude
