What You'll Do

As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for

• Cutting and trimming meat with precision
• Cleaning carcasses to maintain hygiene standards
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
• Working in cold refrigerated environments
• Putting meat into bags and sealing with cryovac machines

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Prior experience as a butcher or in a grocery store meat department
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate product counts
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift
• Willingness or ability to purchase a knife set if needed
