Job Title: Hand Packaging Technician Pay: $22.35/hour + $0.50 shift differential Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a Hand Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for - • Accurately preparing, packaging, and labeling products according to detailed specifications. • Performing quality checks by verifying package counts, weights, dates, and visual appearance. • Folding, taping, and labeling boxes, then stacking and moving pallets to designated areas using pallet jacks and carts. • Operating equipment such as shrink wrap machines and tapers to streamline workflow. • Maintaining keen attention to detail while working efficiently in a busy production environment.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have - • Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments. • Basic math skills for measurements and counting tasks. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately. • Comfort working in temperature-variable environments. • Steel-toed rubber boots are required for safety.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Springfield and offers a consistent shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM.
