Pay: $22.35 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30AM – 2:30PM Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a Hand Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for

• Manually preparing and packaging products according to specified quality standards.
• Performing quality control checks, including verifying package counts, dates, weights, and appearance.
• Folding, taping, and labeling boxes for shipment, ensuring sanitation and accuracy.
• Stacking finished products onto pallets and preparing items for distribution.
• Safely operating equipment such as pallet jacks, tapers, and shrink wrap machines.
• Moving pallets throughout the production area, often in varying temperature environments.
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and stack products safely.
• Steel-toed rubber boots are required for safety.
• Flexibility to adapt to temperature variations and production demands.
