As a General Laborer, you'll help prepare the site for construction by performing physically demanding tasks and supporting the crew throughout the day. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure the job site stays safe, organized, and efficient.

What You’ll Do

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Digging and removing material from underneath a house.
• Performing physically demanding manual labor throughout the day.
• Moving and carrying materials, tools, and debris as needed.
• Assisting the crew with general task support on the jobsite.
• Following all safety procedures and directions from the crew lead.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to perform physical labor for an entire shift.
• Comfort working in tight or confined areas.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work with hand tools and perform repetitive digging tasks.
• Construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
