Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5:00pm Start Date: ASAP

As a Pool and Spa Construction Laborer, you'll support the build, installation, and maintenance of pools and hot tubs. Your role will be essential in creating relaxing outdoor spaces and ensuring they operate smoothly. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to learn the trade and grow your skills.

What You’ll Do

As a Pool and Spa Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Working at residential properties on a daily basis to install and maintain pools and hot tubs
• Building and installing new pools, hot tubs, and related features
• Performing maintenance on pools and spas, including water chemical checks and treatments
• Back washing pools/spas to keep water clean and clear
• Installing, repairing, and replacing pools, spas, and tubs as needed
• Performing manual labor tasks such as excavation, renovation, liner installation, plastering, and general repairs
• Operating tools like jack-hammers, sanders, drills, and other construction equipment
• Troubleshooting outdoor plumbing and fixing heaters and pumps
• Climbing ladders and scaffolding comfortably to access work areas
• Yard work and shop cleanup, including gutter cleaning using ladders

 

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A valid Driver’s License (may need to drive company vehicles)
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Construction, tile, concrete, or related experience (experience in pool construction an added bonus and may be compensated accordingly)
• Willingness to perform manual labor outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
