As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe and clean manufacturing facility. You’ll work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure the workspace remains organized, safe, and compliant with safety standards. Your efforts will contribute directly to operational efficiency and team well-being.

What You'll Do

As a Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

• Performing both light and heavy janitorial duties throughout the plant, including operating a skid steer, cleaning machinery, and maintaining cleanliness of production areas.
• Conducting routine facility inspections to identify hazards and maintenance needs.
• Providing backup support to pellet mill and packaging operators to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance tasks to promote safe and reliable operations.
• Supporting other operational duties necessary to keep the facility efficient and safe.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience operating a skid steer.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of production line experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong hand-eye and foot coordination.
• Ability to stay focused and multitask effectively during an extended shift.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 7 hours per shift.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Basic math skills for operational tasks.
