As a Processing Operator I, you’ll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the production and maintenance teams to meet daily goals and deliver high-quality products that impact customers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and adjusting production equipment, including performing changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning in accordance with SOPs
• Supporting and coordinating daily production activities to meet targets
• Monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting, and reporting operational issues promptly
• Performing in-process quality checks and maintaining accurate documentation, including electronic records and deviation reports
• Partnering with Maintenance and Production teams to resolve equipment concerns and improve operational efficiency
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to promote manufacturing excellence

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production, GMP-regulated, or quality-focused industries
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of equipment operations and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with initiative
• Basic math skills, including measurements, weights, and conversions
• Exceptional attention to detail for tasks and documentation
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment
