Job Title: Auto Shop Fabricator

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be available for OT when required) Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a hands-on fabrication role with a stable, established team? Join a family-owned company that has been thriving since 1979! We manufacture, service, and repair a wide assortment of trailers and truck equipment—including Service Bodies, Dump Bodies, Flatbeds, Cross Body Truck Boxes, and Fuel Tanks. As an Auto Shop Fabricator, you will play a vital role in industrial installations and heavy-duty service upgrades. This is a specialized fabrication and installation position (not a motor mechanic role) where your structural skills will directly impact the quality of our custom builds.

What You'll Do

As an Auto Shop Fabricator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing industrial-grade full-service installations on utility trailers, cargo trailers, and truck bodies.

• Welding and fabricating custom brackets, hardware, and structural systems to securely house installed parts. • Disassembling trailers, truck beds, and gates, and executing custom alterations on cargo trailers and utility beds. • Handling sandblasting, surface preparation, and industrial/automotive painting to finish projects. • Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience in welding and structural fabrication.

• Solid experience in sandblasting and industrial or automotive painting. • Strong mechanical aptitude for disassembling and altering heavy truck bodies and trailers. • A clear understanding that this is an industrial upgrade/installation role, not a motor mechanic position. • Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed.

Location & Schedule:
