As a Laborer, you will assist the carpenter insuring the project progresses smoothly and safely. You'll work closely with your supervisor to contribute to beautiful residential projects. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

As a Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with framing and siding and other tasks
• Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Keep the construction site clean by disposing of debris and maintaining organization.
• Provide respectful and professional service when interacting with homeowners on-site.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Bring a positive attitude and dependable work ethic to every task.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions quickly and accurately.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, such as heavy bags of concrete.
• Strong customer service skills and a respectful attitude toward homeowners’ properties.
• Reliable transportation and trustworthy reliability.
• Prior construction or labor-intensive experience preferred.
• Enjoyment of outdoor work in various weather conditions.
