Job Title: Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant Pay: $20 - $21 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a lifestyle/career benefit ? As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant , you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference. What You'll Do As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant , you will be responsible for

• Mow, edge, weed, trim shrubs, and help maintain landscaping throughout apartment communities
• Assist with seasonal property clean-up and debris removal
• Sweep, clean, and disinfect vacant units to prepare them for new residents
• Support apartment “muck outs” and help prepare units for turnover
• Paint apartments and touch up common areas as needed

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude
• Basic experience in landscaping and/or painting (helpful, but not required)
