Join our team as an Event Flagger and play a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow during a local event. This position is ideal for certified flaggers who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to a successful event experience for attendees and staff. As an Event Flagger, you'll be responsible for directing traffic, maintaining safe traffic control zones, and ensuring the safety of both event participants and the public. This role requires alertness, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do As an Event Flagger, you will be responsible for:

• Providing traffic control services for event operations.
• Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely and efficiently.
• Remaining alert and attentive at all times while on duty.
• Following all traffic control and safety procedures.
• Communicating effectively with team members using radios.
• Maintaining a safe environment for event staff, attendees, and the public.
• Working outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
• Assisting with traffic-related needs as directed by supervisors.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A current and valid Flagger Certification.
• The ability to stand and work on your feet for 8–10 hours at a time.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
• Your own Stop/Slow paddle (office assistance may be available for purchase if needed).
• Your own two-way radio equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the event site.
• High-visibility safety clothing.
• The ability to work safely in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
