As a Sanitation Technician , your role is vital in maintaining cleanliness and safety in our manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure that our facilities meet high sanitation standards, supporting our mission to deliver safe, wholesome food products. What You’ll Do As a sanitation technician, you will be responsible for

• Adhering strictly to food safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) to ensure full compliance
• Supporting the continuous improvement and validation of sanitation and safety practices across all manufacturing areas
• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment such as chemical sprayers, foamers, steam cleaners, pressure washers, and sanitation sprayers to thoroughly clean equipment and facilities
• Reading and following chemical labels meticulously to ensure safe handling and application of cleaning agents
• Performing light cleaning of electrical equipment, including garbage removal, sweeping, and general sanitization to uphold cleanliness standards
• Disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling machinery as needed to ensure effective sanitation
• Accurately documenting all cleaning activities on sanitation logs and records
• Preparing cleaning solutions according to specific instructions, maintaining proper chemical concentrations and solution levels

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish (reading and writing)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards
• Experience in GMP, manufacturing, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility to adapt to production demands and work additional hours if required
