Job Title: CNC Operator (Programming Training Provided)

Pay: $18 - $30 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Start Date: ASAP

As a CNC Operator, you'll learn to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (HASS), handling tasks like milling, turning, drilling, and grinding. You'll load materials, select tools, and run production jobs accurately and efficiently. With on-the-job training and mentorship, you’ll develop programming skills that open new career doors. You’ll also perform quality inspections, routine machine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor issues to keep production flowing smoothly. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace is key to your success.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn CNC programming and grow within the role
• Lathe experience is a plus but not required

Location & Schedule:

• This is an on-site position in Philomath, Oregon, with consistent weekday hours and some Saturdays. Working hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering a stable schedule and work-life balance.
