What You'll Do

As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will be responsible for: • Hand stacking lumber of various sizes to keep production moving smoothly and efficiently. • Assisting the stacker operator with organizing, transferring, and handling materials safely and quickly. • Standing for extended periods while maintaining a steady, fast-paced rhythm. • Following all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues. • Supporting team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • High School Diploma or GED. • Experience in physically demanding, high-speed work environments is a plus but not required. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and high energy. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately while maintaining quality. • Flexibility to work in varying conditions, including hot, cold, dusty, or outdoor settings. • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and safely lift/move materials.

Location & Schedule:

This on-site position in Winston, OR offers 40 hours per week on the day shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Thursday-Sunday.
