As a Production Operator, you'll support our manufacturing and packaging teams by operating equipment, maintaining strict product standards, and documenting processes. You'll work closely with supervisors, maintenance staff, and your peers to achieve production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.

What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Machinery Operation: Operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot high-speed packaging or processing machinery to keep production flowing smoothly.

• Maintenance & Changeovers: Perform routine machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); collaborate with maintenance staff for major repairs. • Digital Documentation: Accurately record production activities, in-process quality checks, and deviations in real-time using digital logs and manufacturing software such as "Red Zone." • Team Coordination: Guide and support peers, coordinate team efforts, and communicate effectively with supervisors to meet daily production targets. • Quality & Safety Compliance: Identify and report non-conformances immediately to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and cleanliness standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in a machine-based manufacturing or production environment (experience in regulated, GMP, or food production settings is highly preferred).

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical training or manufacturing certifications are a plus. • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery, understand operational functions, and recognize when adjustments are needed. • Basic math skills (for weights, unit conversions, and data entry) and clear communication skills to support team efforts. • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
