As an Entry Level Wood Production Assembler, you'll help support our production line by managing assembly tasks, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe workspace. You'll work closely with experienced team members to meet daily production goals and improve your expertise in woodworking and manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Do

As a Wood Production Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Using power tools and hand tools to assemble chairs, tables, and spa equipment.
• Sanding surfaces with hand sanders to achieve a smooth, finished look.
• Packing assembled parts securely into boxes for shipment.
• Assisting in upholstery work on pre-assembled items, such as tables and chairs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Springfield, OR, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
