As a Mill Laborer, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. You'll work closely with the production team to maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards, making a real impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and resolving overlaps in boards to prevent jams and delays, ensuring continuous production flow.
• Efficiently uncrossing boards to maintain a safe and smooth workflow throughout the mill.
• Transferring wood materials accurately from baskets to designated areas, keeping workspaces clean and safe.
• Performing edger picking by identifying and removing broken or damaged wood, ensuring only high-quality materials are processed.
• Assisting with various mill functions as needed, adapting to the fast-paced environment to maintain safety and productivity.
