Job Title: Cabinet Shop Assembler Pay: $19 - $22 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM — 10-hour shifts (additional days as production demands require) Start Date: ASAP

A Cabinet Shop Assembler is responsible for assembling cabinetry and related components according to shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This role works within a manufacturing or woodworking shop environment to construct cabinets, drawers, and other custom wood products before finishing and installation. What You’ll Do: As a Cabinet Shop Assembler, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry, countertops, and commercial furnishings
  • Working with plastic laminate materials to complete cabinetry components
  • Using shop equipment such as table saws, line boring machines, and various hand tools
  • Operating tools including impact drills, routers, sanders, and other standard shop equipment
  • Inspecting completed work for imperfections before sending projects out for installation
  • Following instructions from the Cabinet Shop Lead while also completing projects independently when needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shop

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for Cabinet Shop Assembler will have:
  • Basic familiarity with shop tools such as table saws, drills, routers, or sanders
  • Ability to take accurate measurements and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Reliability and punctuality with the ability to consistently arrive on time
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
  • Experience working with laminate materials is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements: Cabinet Shop Assembler

  • Ability to frequently lift 5–75 lbs unassisted
  • Occasional assisted lifting of heavier materials
  • Frequent use of shop tools and machinery
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shop for extended periods
  • Comfort working in a shop environment with regular equipment noise

Location & Schedule:

This full-time, on-site position is based in Bend, OR. The schedule is Monday through Thursday with 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional additional days depending on production needs.
