Job Title: Landscape Maintenance and Construction 

As a Landscape Maintenance and Construction Worker, you will work both individually and as part of a team to maintain and build outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. This role involves hands-on work using landscaping tools and equipment while ensuring properties remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.

As a Landscape Maintenance and Construction Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and blowing debris

• Assisting with landscape construction projects such as installing plants, sod, mulch, rock, and irrigation systems

• Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools to job sites

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Following safety procedures and company standards on every job

• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

The ideal candidate for Landscape Maintenance and Construction Worker, will have:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment (preferred but not required)

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
