Job Title: 2nd Shift Material Handler

Pay: $19.50/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Shift Material Handler, you will be responsible for:

• Moving materials through shakers and screens to support production workflows.
• Performing housekeeping tasks such as scraping, sweeping, and shoveling to keep the work area clean and safe.
• Ensuring walkways and work zones are clear of obstructions to promote safety and efficiency.
• Communicating equipment issues promptly to maintenance staff to prevent downtime.
• Assisting with small bag line operations, re-stacking pallets, and cleaning as needed.
• Meeting daily quality and quantity production targets, contributing to overall team success.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 6 months of experience in production, general labor, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work comfortably in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy conditions.
• Physical strength to lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
• A safety-focused mindset and dependable attitude as a team player.
